If you’ve been offered a role through EPG Group, here’s what usually happens next and what to expect as you get started.
Please note that exact steps can vary depending on your role, location, client, and contract.
Your employment relationship
EPG Group will be your legal employer for this role.
You’ll work day-to-day with our client, but your employment matters - such as your contract, onboarding, payroll, and HR support - are managed by EPG.
This structure is often called an Employer of Record (EOR) arrangement.
Next steps after accepting a role
Once you’ve accepted an offer, the onboarding process typically includes the following steps.
1. Receiving your onboarding invitation
You’ll usually receive an email invitation to access EPG’s onboarding system, Xemplo. This is where you’ll review and complete key onboarding steps.
If you haven’t received anything yet, this may simply mean your onboarding is still being prepared.
2. Reviewing and signing your contract
You’ll be asked to review and electronically sign your employment or engagement agreement.
Your contract outlines:
your role and engagement terms
your notice period
how pay and other conditions apply to you
If anything is unclear, you can reach out to EPG before signing.
3. Providing required information
You may be asked to securely provide information such as:
personal and contact details
banking or payment details
right-to-work or identification documents
role-specific credentials or checks
What’s required depends on your role, location, and client requirements. Not everyone is asked for the same information.
4. Accessing work systems
Depending on the engagement, you may be given access to one or more systems used to manage things like:
onboarding and personal details
timesheets or expenses
payslips and documents
Instructions are usually sent by email once access is ready.
5. Preparing for your start
Once onboarding steps are completed:
your client or assigned contact will usually confirm start details
you’ll be advised of anything you need to prepare before your first day or shift
If your role includes additional checks or approvals, your start date may depend on those being completed.
Who to contact if you have questions
Employment, contract, or payroll questions
Contact EPG Group using the details provided in your onboarding communications.Day-to-day role or work questions
Your client or on-site contact will usually guide you.
If you’re not sure who to contact, EPG can help point you in the right direction.
A quick note on differences by location
Because EPG supports workers globally:
processes, timelines, and entitlements can differ by country
your contract and local laws always take priority over general information
If you’re unsure how something applies to you specifically, it’s best to check with EPG directly.
