During onboarding, you may be asked to provide certain information or documents so EPG can complete your setup and ensure everything is in place for your role.
What’s required can vary depending on your role, location, client, and contract - not everyone is asked for the same things.
Why requirements can differ
EPG supports workers across different:
countries
engagement types
industries
client environments
Because of this, the information requested during onboarding is tailored to each role and situation.
Seeing different steps to someone else, or being asked for more or less information, is normal.
Types of information you may be asked to provide
Depending on your role, you may be asked for some of the following categories of information.
Personal and contact details
This may include:
your full name and contact information
emergency contact details
This helps EPG maintain accurate employment records.
Payment or payroll information
Where applicable, you may be asked to provide:
banking or payment details
tax or payroll-related information
What’s required depends on how pay is processed for your role and location.
Identification or right-to-work information
Some roles require confirmation of identity or work eligibility.
This may involve:
uploading identification documents
providing right-to-work information
confirming eligibility details
Requirements vary by country and role.
Role-specific documents or credentials
For certain roles, you may be asked to provide:
licences or certifications
qualifications
role-specific checks or confirmations
These requests are based on client or role requirements.
What you won’t usually need to do
In most cases:
you won’t need to guess what to upload
you won’t be asked for the same documents multiple times without reason
you won’t be expected to provide documents that aren’t relevant to your role
If something additional is required, you’ll be guided through the process.
If something is missing or unclear
If information or documents are required:
they’ll usually appear clearly in your Xemplo dashboard
you’ll be prompted on what needs attention
If something isn’t right, incomplete, or needs clarification, EPG will let you know.
You don’t need to upload anything unless you’re prompted to do so.
A quick reassurance
It’s normal to wonder:
“Did I miss something?”
“Why wasn’t I asked for what someone else was?”
“Should I upload this just in case?”
If your dashboard doesn’t show an outstanding step, there’s usually nothing you need to do.
