Once your role has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email from Xemplo, the platform EPG uses to manage employment contracts and onboarding.
The process happens in stages:
Set up your Xemplo account and security
Review and sign your contract
Complete onboarding from your Xemplo dashboard
The exact steps can vary depending on your role, location, and client.
Step 1: Look out for your Xemplo onboarding email
You’ll receive an email from Xemplo inviting you to get started.
This email includes:
a secure link to access Xemplo
instructions to set up your account
next steps once your account is created
If you haven’t received this email yet, your onboarding may still be in preparation or scheduled closer to your start date.
Step 2: Set up your Xemplo account and security
Before viewing or signing your contract, you’ll be asked to set up your Xemplo account.
This usually includes:
creating or confirming your login details
setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA) for security
MFA helps protect your personal and employment information and is a required step to continue.
If you experience issues setting up MFA, don’t worry, support is available to help you complete this step.
Step 3: Review and sign your contract in Xemplo
Once your account is set up, you’ll be guided to review and electronically sign your employment or engagement agreement.
Your contract outlines:
your role and engagement terms
key conditions and notice requirements
how pay and other arrangements apply
To sign your contract, click the blue button at the bottom of the screen that says 'Accept and Sign'. Doing so will trigger a popup where you can add your signature. You have the option to draw or type your signature.
After signing your contract, Xemplo will automatically take you through the remaining onboarding steps.
If anything in the contract is unclear, pause and contact EPG before completing this step.
Step 4: Complete your onboarding details
After your contract is signed, you’ll be redirected to your Xemplo onboarding dashboard. (see image below). You can leave and return to this dashboard at any time.
This dashboard shows your onboarding progress and the steps you need to complete before starting work.
You’ll see a series of onboarding cards, such as:
Finalise your profile
Review documents
Begin inductions
You can enter each section and complete the steps as required.
Step 5: Finalise your profile
The 'Finalise your profile' section is where you’ll usually start.
Here you may be asked to:
confirm personal and contact details
provide payroll or payment information (where applicable)
add emergency contact details
Upload any necessary credentials such as Drivers Licence
All information is entered securely and saved as you go.
Step 6: Review documents
The 'Review documents' section is where EPG shares important policies and documents for you to read and acknowledge.
This may include:
workplace or employment policies
codes of conduct
role or client-related information
You’ll usually be asked to:
open and review each document
confirm that you’ve read and understood it
Step 7: Begin inductions (if applicable)
Some roles include inductions or preparatory activities.
In Xemplo, inductions are presented as a guided flow, which may include:
short videos or learning content
images or reference material
written information to review
simple acknowledgements or confirmations
You’ll be guided step by step through the content, and your progress is saved automatically.
If something is missing or delayed
Onboarding may take longer if:
some steps haven’t been submitted
documents need review
additional checks are required
client approvals are still pending
If you believe you’ve completed everything but haven’t received confirmation, contact EPG for an update.
